The Fifth Anniversary Gala of the American Theatre (June 2005) featuring Five Great Ladies of the American Theatre – Claire Bloom, Eugenia Zukerman, Yolanda Kondonassis, Tiffany Rea (The Elisa Monte Dance Company) and Leisa Mather (Forbidden Broadway).

The Grand Opening of The American Theatre (June 2000) featuring Claire Bloom (emcee and actress), Stephen Burns (trumpet), Beverly Hoch (Soprano), Philippe Bianconi (Pianist), Eric Miles (Les Ballets Jazz de Montreal), Michael Barrett (Pianist) and the Trumpet Fanfare of the United States Continental Army Band.

The Theatre of the Millennium. Comprised of brilliant young actors from Actors Theatre of Louisville and Old Dominion University, the company gave a highly acclaimed premiere Embracing the Riddle (directed by Jennifer Hubbard) at Actors Theatre of Louisville and then at the 50th Anniversary Season(also to rave reviews) of the Edinburgh International Festival Fringe (1996).

The Theatre of the Millennium in Beckett Shorts and Hedda Gabler (both directed by Christopher Hanna) for first two seasons of the Virginia International Arts Festival in Norfolk in 1996 and 1997.
